Help us move triple our impact!
Since opening our first location in September of 2021 EACS has reached capacity, serving about 60 families each week. Our waitlist has grown by 28 families in just the past four months. It is clear that our services are in high demand and we need to move to a larger location.
We have secured a wonderful new office in the nearby neighborhood of Piedmont Ave in Oakland. This space will allow us to more than TRIPLE our current services. Unfortunately, moving to a new, much larger, location requires a substantial upfront investment. We want to not just expand, but maintain our dedication to reserving 25% of our services for reduced tuition and scholarships. To help us make that happen, we are launching a large fundraising campaign this summer.
When you donate to this campaign you are doing more than simply helping one child access affirming services, you are being part of a larger movement to bring about change in how we address the needs of neurodivergent children and their families. Expanding our offices will require more staff and allow us to bring in college interns. These interns will enter the field with a foundation of how to provide affirming services, of the value in developmental approaches and a true understanding of the complexities of the populations they will be working with.
